Nurses Network by Quality Home Health Care (NNQ) is a Medicare-Certified State Licensed Home Health Agency, serving Coconino, Yavapai and Maricopa counties in Arizona. Our goal is to provide quality care in your home, enhancing independence while minimizing the effects of illness and disability. Our services are prescribed by a physician to help medically qualified individuals with rehabilitation after an injury, hospital stay, surgery, or an illness.

Our services may include wound care, IV therapy and PICC line maintenance, cardiac or orthopedic rehab, medication management, pain and symptom control, or help managing a chronic medical condition. Care is provided through intermittent home visits by specialized providers and continues until goals for recovery have been met.
