Nurses Network by Quality Home Health Care (NNQ) works with the Arizona Department of Economic Security Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) in our Yavapai and Coconino service areas to assist individuals with developmental disabilities that are medically involved. RN and LPN skilled services help to maximize the potential for wellness, quality of life and independence, while offering respite to family members and loved ones to DDD recipients of all ages.

All care needs are assessed by your area DDD Support Coordinator and administered by a NNQ RN Case Manager.
